The Waterloo Sunset Residence is a major addition and renovation to an existing older home in the Kitsilano community.  The home is designed to be in context with neighbourhood scale craftsman style houses typical in this area—and provide its own distinct identity.  References to homes in the area include: covered verandahs, sharply sloping roof, bay windows, wood trim boards.  Exterior cladding is cedar siding.
