Located on a hill overlooking beautiful Deep Cove, this home has a reverse plan with its living areas on the upper "treetop" level to take advantage of the commanding views of the Deep Cove bay and Mount Seymour forest.

Green building features include use of recyled materials, hydronic heating, finished heated concrete floors, super insulation including insulated forms for the foundation, and use of non toxic materials throughout.  It was self built by the owners.
